PROJECT & GC COORDINATION
Execution of a project is the focal point for the process we have designed to support contractors that address the technical elements related to glazing as well as the logistical challenges associated with the nature of the exterior envelope. We leverage the knowledge, experience and education of our team to deliver a project for a contractor that focuses on best practices related to constructibility, coordination, communication, schedule and quality control. The project must be procured and installed correctly on time to reduce a contractor’s exposure to liability, burden of management and extended general conditions. This is accomplished through:
- Extensive review of product details including interface with surrounding conditions
- Single-source responsibility for glazing support & installation
- Early visibility into production timelines, lead times, & material availability
- Proactive coordination of schedules, budgets, and consultant collaboration
QA/QC oversight and adherence to shop drawings and installation requirements
